A little about myself...

My name is Aly and I’m passionate about improving the lives of others through design and technology. I’m constantly learning new things everyday and always on the lookout for ways to improve things around me.


I’m a self-taught designer with a background in Information Technology and Business. I am very much a big-picture thinker, but I’m also able to focus in on details down to the last pixel. I love working on existing problems or creating something completely new.  


As designers, we have the ability and opportunity to use technology to make amazing changes that can positively impact so many people's lives. That's something to be excited about!

Desktop Support Asset Manager/Systems Specialist

The Ohio State University: October 2020 - December 2021

• Analyzed current business practices and optimized the IT workflows through testing, iteration, and user feedback (customers & employees)

• Standardized asset management processes to be synchronized with the Columbus Campus which ensured a consistent experience for users & employees

• Coordinated over 300 appointments and was a driving force for the campus onboarding and technology refresh project

• Partnered with multiple  project managers to gather user needs and requirements, facilitate entire department refreshes,  and organize deployment schedules

• Utilized quick decision making, prioritization, and delegation to ensure all issues and requests were resolved in a timely manner

• Developed training documentation to train & support student employees and co-workers
